Parenting expectations in the 80s versus today 🤪 Like for real, there was a commercial to remind our parents to know where we were at 10 PM. Ha! But in the day and age of scrolling online, I have to say sometimes I feel like I’m doing something wrong if I’m not going waaaay above and beyond with parenting. But at the end of the day, our kids don’t want the theatrics, they just want to spend time with us. In this video, our kids are actually playing one of their favorite games that we got them recently. I’ll link it in my stories plus a few others that we play as a family. Maybe it will give you some family game night ideas for this fall and winter when it starts getting cold out.
